The honest, evidence-graded peptide coach. Real guidance you can trust, built around you.
Grade 2 MCL tear, day three. What do I do now?
The first two weeks decide most of the outcome. Front load it: BPC-157 at 500 mcg twice daily, subcutaneous and close to the knee, plus TB-500 at 5 mg loading twice in week one, then 2 mg weekly.
Is that not a high dose?
It is deliberately high while the tissue is still inflamed, then tapered. Ligament repair is dose and timing sensitive, so I would hold the loading dose for 14 days, drop to 250 mcg twice daily through week six, and add isometric loading from day five once pain allows.
Anything I should watch for?
Sterile technique, tested source, subcutaneous only, never into the joint. Track laxity and swelling weekly, and if the knee is not more stable by week four we change the plan rather than the dose.
There is no shortage of peptide advice. There is a shortage of advice you can trust.

I want to lose fat without losing muscle.
Got it. How do you train today, and have you tried anything before?
A conversation, not a form. What you want, where you are now, what you have already tried.

So what should I actually do?
Start at a low dose, five days on, two off, with protein at 1.6 g/kg. Evidence: emerging.
Not just which peptide, but the doses, and the supplements and lifestyle to pair with it, with every option marked for how strong the evidence really is.

My resting heart rate is up this week.
Sleep is down too. Hold the dose, add a rest day, and recheck in five days.
A coach you can talk to any time. It explains what to watch for, and tells you when something is worth taking to a doctor. Connect your bloodwork or wearable and it sharpens the advice.

Swap the skin, keep the science. Every recommendation carries the same evidence grading, and the things that do not hold up never reach the cart.
Book a demo →The peptide world runs on loud opinion. Eir runs on a method. Here is how the knowledge behind every answer is built, and kept honest.
Only peptides with a real evidence base make it in, the ones actually in use, with data behind them. New compounds with nothing to stand on stay out.
For each one, the studies and the serious literature are gathered and distilled into one structured picture: dosing, contraindications, synergies, and stacks.
The same peptide can serve different goals with different protocols. Everything is organized around what you are actually trying to do.
A panel selects the sources, keeping only those with genuine data and real scientific grounding. The guesswork and the hype are filtered out.
The knowledge is revised as new studies land, and new names are added as they earn their place.
Everything that survives the method comes out graded, so you always know how much weight an answer can carry.
"Not because we know the most. Because we are the most honest about what is actually known."
